Pâté of dried Figs and Olives

  • Pâté to spread.


  • 250 g of LaCuba dried figs
  • 250 g of boneless black olives
  • 100 g of walnuts
  • 1 tablespun of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespuns of olive oil
  • 1 tablespun of ground Oregano
  • ½ tablespun of ground thyme
  • Salt and black pepper


  • Simmer the figs in water for 15 minutes to rehydrate them.
  • Mix all the ingredients except the walnut and triturate with the mixer.

Put into a tub. Ater spreading add pieces of walnut.
