Fig Bread with Chocolate and Cinnamon

  • Elaboration without cooking, just mixing the ingredients.

Ingredients (8 people)

  • 1 kg of LaCuba dried figs
  • 150g of walnut
  • 150g of roasted almonds
  • 150 kg of chocolate fondue
  • 5gof ground cinnamon
  • 4 laminas of sweet paper
  • 20g of sesame seeds
  • Chocolate syrup.


  • In a mixer triturate separately the almonds, the walnuts and the figs. Do not triturate the walnuts and almonds too much so they remain in big pieces.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
  • Mix the figs, walnuts, almonds, chocolate and cinnamon.
  • Put the sweet paper in a cake mould of 4-5 cm height.
  • Spread the mixture in the mould and put pressure on it.
  • Let it settle until it is cold (2 hours at least).
  • Take out of the mould and put in a plate to cut it.

Plate Up

Put the portion in a plate and add sesame seeds and syrup.
