Fig Bread with Chocolate and Cinnamon

Ingredients (8 people)
- 1 kg of LaCuba dried figs
- 150g of walnut
- 150g of roasted almonds
- 150 kg of chocolate fondue
- 5gof ground cinnamon
- 4 laminas of sweet paper
- 20g of sesame seeds
- Chocolate syrup.
Preparation
- In a mixer triturate separately the almonds, the walnuts and the figs. Do not triturate the walnuts and almonds too much so they remain in big pieces.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
- Mix the figs, walnuts, almonds, chocolate and cinnamon.
- Put the sweet paper in a cake mould of 4-5 cm height.
- Spread the mixture in the mould and put pressure on it.
- Let it settle until it is cold (2 hours at least).
- Take out of the mould and put in a plate to cut it.
Plate Up
Put the portion in a plate and add sesame seeds and syrup.
